Payment Terms

• 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking
• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to arrival date
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation

Check in and Check out

• Check in is at 14:00 pm
• Check out is at 12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of booking
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of booking
• Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's policy
