Payment Terms

• 10% deposit is required upon reservation to secure the booking.
• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to check in date
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to check in date, the full amount will be payable upon reservation.

Check in and Check out time

• Check in time is 14:00 hrs on day of arrival.
• Check out time is 12:00 hrs noon on day of departure.

Cancelation Policy

• Cancelations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancelations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of the refund amount
• Cancelations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
