Payment Terms

• 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking.
• The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival date.
• If reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount is payable upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of refund amount
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the resort's cancelation policy
