- If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the full amount is payable upon reservation.
Muang Samui Spa Resort Check in and check Out - Check in time is at 14:00 hrs pm.
- Check out time is at 12:00 noon
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
- Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of the refund amount
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
