Melati Samui Cancelation Policy

• Cancelations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancelations received at least 45 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged 10% of refund amount
• Cancelations received less than 45 days prior to arrival date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
