Need to know how to get to Phi Phi from Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta and other destinations such as Koh Samui? Located mid-way between Phuket and Krabi, approximately 50 km from either, you can book a ferry ticket from the pier in Krabi town or from the pier in Phuket. Ferry trips take approximately 90 minutes.
During high season ferries make 2 trips to the island from Phuket and also from Krabi. The morning ferry depart from Phuket and Krabi at 08:30 am and again at 13:30, but take notice of the following. During low season, May to October, often only the morning ferry will run. From Tonsai Pier in Phi Phi ferries depart to Krabi at 10:30 and 15:30 and to Phuket at 09:00 and 14:00 pm.
