Payment Terms - 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking.

Maximum Occupancy - Maximum three adults per room in all room categories, or
- Two adults and one child below 12 years of age in Deluxe Pool Access and,
- Two adults and two children below the age of 12 years in Studio Pool Access.
Child Policy - Applicable on Deluxe Pool Access Room and Studio Pool Access only.
- Number of children must be indicated at the time of reservation.
- Child is complimentary when sharing bed with parents.
Check in and Check out times - Check in time is at 14:00 hrs pm on day of arrival.
- Check out time is at 12:00 noon on day of departure.
- Early check in or late check out depends on availability and a surcharge will apply.
JW Marriott Khao Lak Cancellation Policy - Cancellations needs to be made in writing.
- Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 10% of refund amount
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to the hotels cancelation policy
