Payment Terms

• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to check in date
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to check in date, the full amount is due upon reservation

• Check in is at 14:00 pm
• Check out is at 12:00 noon

Hansar Samui Cancelation Policy

• Cancelations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancelations received at least 45 days or more prior to check in date will be charged 10% of refund amount
• Cancelations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
