• 1 April 2013 until 30 September 2013 - Floors 14 to 19
• 1 April 2014 to 30 June 2014 - Floors 20 to 22

By late July 2012, the hotel will have 83 new guestrooms for guests to experience and by late October 2012, there will be an additional 116 new-look guestrooms and suites ready to welcome guests from around the world.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Payment Terms

• 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking
• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to check in date
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to check in date, the full amount is due upon reservation

Check in and Check out

• Check in time is at 14:00 pm
• Check out is at 12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of refund amount
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
