- Complimentary one way scheduled bus to Patong shopping centre four times in the evening (06:00 pm, 07:00 pm, 08:00 pm & 09:00 pm) (24 hours advance reservation required)
- Complimentary unlimited wi fi internet access at hotel's main lobby and grand wing lobby
- Complimentary use of sun loungers at private paradise beach (except monsoon periods)
Payment Terms - 16% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking
- The remainder is payable at the hotel upon arrival
- Bookings for stays during peak season, 20 December to 10 January, is payable in full upon reservation

- Check out is at 12:00 noon
- Late check out until 18:00 pm charged @ 70% of normal room rate
Diamond Cliff Phuket Cancellation Policy - Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
- Cancellations received at least 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged 10% of refund amount
- Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged one room night plus 10% of refund amount
- Cancellations during peak season, 20 December to 10 January is non refundable
