Dewa Phuket Payment Terms - 10% deposit is required upon reservation to secure the booking.
- The remainder is payable 45 days prior to arrival date.
- If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, the full amount is payable upon reservation.
Dewa Phuket Check in and Check out - Check-in time is at 2 pm and Check-Out time is 12:00 noon.
- Late check out after 12:00 until 18:00 hrs pm will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate.
- Late check out after 18:00 hrs pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate.
- Early check in has to be arranged at least 24 hours advance and depending on availability will be charged at one room night rate.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
- Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of booking
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of booking
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's policy
