Payment Terms

• 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking.
• The remainder is payable 45 days prior to arrival date.
• If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation.

Check in and Check Out

• Check in time is 12:00 noon. An over-night rate will be charged to guarantee check in before 12:00 noon.
• Check out time on day of departure is 12:00 noon.
• Late check out depends on availability and will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate for late check out until 18:00 pm.
• Late check out after 18:00 pm will be charged 100% of the daily room rate.

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to check in date will be charged 10% of refund amount
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
