Payment terms

10% deposit is payable upon reservation to guarantee the booking.
The remainder is payable 60 week days prior to arrival.
If reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount is payable upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations needs to be made in writing.
Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged 10% of the refund amount
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to the Resort's cancelation policy.
