Check in and Check out - Check in time is 14:00 hrs.
- Check out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Early check out will result in one extra night charge.
- Late check out, up to 18:00 hours, will be charged at 50% of the advertised room rate per night.
Payment Terms - 10% deposit is required upon reservation to secure the booking.
- The remainder is required 45 days prior to arrival date.
- If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount is payable upon reservation.
Atlantis Resort Samui Cancelation Policy - Cancelations needs to be given in writing.
- Cancelations received at least 45 prior to arrival date will result will be charged 10% of refund amount
- Cancelations received less than 45 days prior to arrival date will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
