Aloha Resort Samui Payment Terms - 10% deposit upon reservation to secure the booking
- The remainder is payable 45 days prior to arrival date
- If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation
Child Policy - Children under 12 years stay free of charge if sharing bed with parents.

Check in and Check out - Check in is at 14:00 pm

Aloha Resort Samui Cancellation Policy - Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing
- Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival date, will be charged 10% of the refund amount
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to the hotel's cancelation policy
